1. Nature of the Service

The Company provides 1-on-1 educational mentorship, framework design, and strategic guidance designed to help individuals build independent income streams based on their personal interests and passions. You understand that this is an educational and consultative relationship, not a joint venture, employment arrangement, or legal partnership.

2. Strict Absolute Earnings Disclaimer (No Income Promises)

• No Guarantees: The Company does not make any claims, promises, representations, or guarantees regarding your future earnings, business success, or income potential.
• Individual Execution: Building an independent income stream involves significant effort, consistency, and market risk. Your individual success depends entirely on your own background, dedication, execution of the frameworks provided, and external market forces beyond our control.
• Not Financial or Legal Advice: The information provided in the VSL briefing, marketing materials, and 1-on-1 mentorship sessions is for educational and strategic purposes only. We do not provide formal legal, financial, or tax advice.

3. Payment & Non-Refundability

• Investment: Enrollment in the 1-on-1 mentorship requires a specified financial investment, as agreed upon prior to booking or onboarding.
• No Refunds: Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of 1-on-1 execution and immediate access to proprietary strategy frameworks, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances once the mentorship has commenced or onboarding materials have been delivered.

4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Attributions

• Proprietary Materials: All materials, customized worksheets, videos, and specific methodologies generated by the Company (including the specific application of the Tree Method™) are the exclusive intellectual property of Artemio Canciller. You are granted a single-user license for personal business application and cannot redistribute or resell them.
• Third-Party Framework Attribution: The Company explicitly acknowledges that the "TIME Matrix" concept utilized within our educational training is inspired by and adapted from the foundational frameworks developed by authors and productivity experts Erica Schultz and Mike Schultz. The Company claims no ownership over their original proprietary models, trademarks, or copyrighted works; they are referenced under fair-use educational guidelines to provide context for client time-audits.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the mentorship strategies, tech stacks, or operational advice. The Company's maximum financial liability to you shall never exceed the total amount you paid for the mentorship program.
